I used this no. approximately 2-3 months but after the 1 month i have to face the problem. In my airtel bill of "May Month" they will added the "yearly charge of blackberry of Rs. 6999 so I got the bill of Rs. 8761.23 but my call charges is just Rs. 624.
Then, I call to customer care dept then they replied me” you will pay your only call charge which is used by you in the next month the blackberry charge will be definitely deducted". So i paid my call charges Rs.800.
But in the next month i received my bill of Rs. 17041.13, they again added the charges of blackberry and late fees so i again call to customer care and i came to know that the blackberry request is not given by my mob this request is given by another mobile no. that is 9717741774 and this no. is not of mine & the Lady who having this no. she is already accepted that I have done this mistake. The Collection Dpt. of Airtel always harras me about this matter.
So kindly look at this matter as soon as possible.
