Termination of broadband services

This is to inform u that i, dr rahul gautam, am using ur broadband services (ph no 011-45261902). for the last three month i found my bill amount was above the choosen plan limit (around 400-500rs difference) on enquiring they told me (ur executives) that they 'v activated the DSL N ZAPAK PLAN, which was offered me free of cost for 1 month n later on i did'n wish to continue that plan (coz i did'n use dat plan) and without my consent (via call or any mean to which i agree to terms n codition of the said services) they activated the plan... NOW I CALL UR EXECUTIVE FOR THE SAME N THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL ADJUST THE EXTRA AMOUNT IN MY NEXT BILLING CYCLE N ASSURE ME THAT THEY DISCONTINUED THAT SERVICE... BUT AGAIN IN MY NEXT BILL THEY ADDED THE DSL CHARGE (150RS EXTRA)

i complained to ur call centre n they told me to again register the complaint after 2 hour

3-4 days later i enquire bout termination of broadband services they told me that again... CALL AFTER 2 HRS... N THEY DID'N CARE THAT MY LAST COMPLAINT WAS STILL PRESENT IN THERE ACCOUNT (EXECUTIVE NAME IS SUJEET FROM BHOPAL CALL CENTE, COMPLAINT DEPT)

i'm hereby sending u the mail regarding termination of broadBand services n if u faiL to do so this time I WILL SUE UR COMPANY IN CONSUMER COURT REGARDING HARRASMENT, FRAUD, ACTIVATION OF SERVICES WITHOUT CONSENT.N I'M NOT GOING TO PAY SINGLE PENNY TO UR WORTHLESS COMPANY FROM NOW ONWARD, IF U STILL CONTINUE THE SERVICE
