The internet installed at my landline no. 0120-2643386 is not working for the last three months. A no. of complaints were lodged over phone and in writing also but it is regretted that no action has been taken. Once your representative visited my house and told that the modem is not working since than nothing has been done. Hence, it is requested that the broadband connection and facility of landline phone may be discontinue. A letter to this effort has already been handed over at telephone exchange Surya Nagar and a copy of the same were sent to Ghaziabad Telephone Exchange by hand but it was not received by anyone.
