I Am From Amravati Maharashtra.
On Date 18-05, I was purchased Two card reader 1) Apacer Card Reader & 2) Smart Memory Card Reader.
500 Rs. & 250 Rs. I Got 1 Year Warranty Of Above mentioned product.
But within a year both items stopped working hence i contact the Dealer on phone & told him the problem, they said you send us
the product with bill copy, i send My friend on 16-5 with bill & both faulty items. My Friend Calld Me From The Shop I Talk With The Respective person who belongs J J Mehta & Sons, Mumbai.
He Told Me That The Items Will Be Send Their Respective Service Centers & Come Return After Service, You Want To Stay About A Moth To Receive You Items Repeared. I Request Them That Give This Matter In Writing But They Told Me To Keep Faith On Us, So I Told My Friend To Give The Items To The Person And And Come Return From There.
After A Month 20-06 I Called J J Mehta & Sons, Mumbai. But They Said that one card reader (Apacer) Is Repaired but the other (Smart Memory Card Reader.) is under service So stay some days it will be also come soon.
After 2 Months 20-07 Calling At J J Mehta & Sons, Mumbai. I Asked For Both Card Reader, They Said You Send Someone To Collect Your items Behalf Myself (Because I Was Unable To Go Mumbai) On 26-07 I Send My Friend To Collect The Repaired Product.
My Friend Called Me And Said They Are So Busy In Other Work But Holding Call So Much Time They Told Me That Your Smart Memory Card Reader Is Short & Not Possible To Return You. I Was Shocked That When I Send Them It Was Emmiting Light But Not Working & They Are Telling That Was Short.
After So Many Request They Answerd Me That They Are Unable To Replace My Smart Memory Card Reader.
What Is This... This Is Open Cheating. They Are Cheating The Person (Coustmer) Who Keep Faith On Words Of A Person (Retailer).
