Alright, This is pretty much sick! I searched for technical support in google and something comes up that says we24support.com, I thought maybe thats who Dell has appointed to help their customers. But No, it wasn't so. Some guy, I didn't even get his name as he was speaking horrible english, Yeah this guy took control of my laptop, IDK how! But he just did, He was moving all around it. He showed me a lot of stuffs that my computer is going to crash soon. I wasn't quite sure if he was going to fix it and there he goes telling me that I have to pay, I was literally shocked that why would I pay when my computer isn't even two months old. Anyways, I thought instead of talking to some other bullshitter, I'd just rather pay them and resolve the certain issues with my laptop. So, I was taken to the payment page that got redirected from we24support.com to someother stupid website's name, i.e AFAIK it was www.onspotsupport.com and there I made payment and later on I was told that the technician will be working on the computer for another twenty minutes but my bad fate I paid them, it took him 3-4 hours and yet he couldn't resolve the problem. Although, I have told them to give me my money and called Dell at the same time and they assured that a person would come tomorrow to look after it.
I really am disappointed with whatever they did. I still wonder how do they run their business on the name of DELL!
