Can not get free gift yet on the purchese of this laptop

I have bought a compaq 620 laptop on the occation of deepawali but i can not get free gift voucher on the purcgese on it. so kindaly request u to please help me to get me my gift. once a hp axicuter called me to inform that my gift will reach at my home after 3 to 4 days. but i can not get it yet.
