I cheated buy the hp service center, located at ghaziabad, utter pradesh, india,
my product details ia as follows:-

SUBMISSION DATE-16-05

I submitted this due to problem faced in display.
they have not complete this task due to irresponsibility, more than 15 days have been left to this activity and submission, but they are not complete solve this problem, ans a day they are saying that they are facing problem in this case due to unmatched ct number of any part of the laptop.
they also saying about delet of wi-fi software from the software, for this filling they recommend ne to self pay,
why i will pay for this mischief, it is not my fault it is the fault of service center not my, i have lost of time and cost to request for shotout this proble but they are not considering in this case,
i want to complain against that service center and want that HP take strict action against them and their service center.
and i also want recommendation in this case of you all.
please suggest me what can i do for this mischief? how can i punish them for this act?
