Compaq /presario c700
DVD player is not working

I m a Compaq model no presario C700 user. I m using compaq laptop. Before fifteen days my laptop fan does not working all thats why i have taken my laptop to near by compaq service center.they have capt the laptop for checking after three days i got my laptop and the fan is okay .but with in few days i realize that now my DVD player is not working.

so again i gone to service center.but they are not taking any responsibility and saying it is not our mistake.

And i m dame sure that they have done some thing .because erliar my DVD player was good.
