I am Ankit Jain doing B.E (IT) from SKIT, Jaipur. I had purchased a Compaq Presario Notebook from Jeswani Computer, Raisar Plaza, and Jaipur. My Notebook model no is CQ40-108TU and the serial no is SCND84538SG. I am facing a problem in LCD screen for last three month. And I had surrendered my Notebook to your jaipur based HP Service center on 3rd February. I had visited your service center many time but they didn’t give proper solution of my problem. After few days they had refused to provide the service on that Notebook due to some C.T. No of LCD mismatch with Notebook.
