Hi,

I bought my laptop (Y330) from Unique infoways P. Ltd, 308, 3rd Floor, Skylark building in Nehru Place, on 11/06/09. I have been facing problems with the hard disk drive of the laptop since then and have already got it replaced twice, after taking a lot of trouble, as your customer care system is more than pathetic. The hard disk drive has again stopped working. I'm extremely agitated and concerned about my money and I would like you to kindly take the product back and refund my money, as I'm sick of trying to call your customer care every second month, wait for your kind gesture in arranging for the part and running around the city with my laptop to get the faulty part replaced. I would also like to inform you that I'm also considering filing a case in the consumer court for the same.

Would appreciate if this mail is not sent to junk and i get a reply from your company on this.
