Non receipt of cash back amount

I purchased a Lenovo Notebook from Croma Store at Delhi Airport Domestic Dearture Terminal 1D on 05/08. My invoice no. i 112-8447. I was given a cash back scratch card which revealed that I was to receive 4% cash back (Rs. 840/-). I was required to post it to an address in Mumbai (which I promptly did) and as per the T&C I was to receive the amount either as cheque or direct transfer into my bank account. I have patiently waited but even after 4 months I have not received my cash back amount. I have no clue whom to contact. I feel very much cheated as the cash back was one of the main attractions for buying the laptop from Croma. I never thought a company managed by Tatas will cheat people like this.
