I have purchase the UBISLATE 7 for which payment was made in advanced in january. This device is sent to me in the month of May and with old OS Android Ver 2.2. Where on websites where order is booked it shows the OS ver Android 2.3.
After talking to the customer care for several times once it will be said that update will be done in 2 days when i again called then told it will be done in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks when i called they said when this will be updated will let you know. Now this is gone to an openended affair.
When i send the mail on there tech support after so many days i got the reply where they have not even talked about my issue. Below is mail details.
