Motherboard cd misplaced from service cente

Hello,

sir/madam,

my laptop is 15 studio series has some issue in dvd writer & system was working very slow, then i had gone to service center which is stay on "Lajpat Nagar" where i meet to Mr Prakash who is the Executive of dell service Center, i told my problem then he said to leave your laptop & original cd of laptop then i had leaved my laptop with CDs packet after 3 days when i had gone to service center my MOTHER BOARD cd was misplaced, when i complain there then Mr prakash said that after 3 days I would re-issued your Mother Board cd . but that is so late, it is 12 days but my mother board original cd is not reissue & after that he said ur cds is not reissue if u want to complain u would do it .so im very frustate for her behaviour & want to reissue my original mother board cd .so what could i do . pls do some action again mr prakash (lajpat nagar dell srvice center, delhi).pls do needful.
