One year back I have purchased dell Vastro 1015 model laptop. In that warranty period the lap having heating resistant and white blank screen.
I went to the dell service centre at chetpet. They attended the problem and also said mother board problem.
They replaced new mother board.
Last one week back the same problem is created. Laptop was not working properly. Shaking are created and suddenly close the windows white blank screen shown.
kindly rectify this issue and give the solution ASAP. This is not acceptable for within one year period.
