The Laptop which I purchased from DELL, in the month of August has been faulty. I have contacted Dell Technical support regarding the issue of System shut down & restarting. They have neither recorded the complain nor have they solved the problem. Now when my daddy who is a editor of a news paper has asked them repeatedly for a whole syatem replace ment Dell technical department& the Escallations department have been very rude & unruly with my daddy who is elderly. No justice has been made for the money which we have paid for the laptop. Please help me get a replacement of the whole unit laptop as there has been n- number of problems. Several issues of the laptop which is supposed to be a new unit, of which I have records. I want justice for the money spent on the laptop.
