Laptop not working

Hi

I am Nikita. I am really disappointed with Dell Laptop. First it crashed. The Service centre replaced the hard-disk. That turned out to be faulty as I got blue screen error and my computer was unexpectedly shutting down. RAM and hard-disk was replaced again. I want my laptop to be replaced. I have had enough with Dell for last 3 weeks.
