Sir,
I have purchased a new laptop of Dell before 9 days and after 3days my charger stopped working. I do registered my complaint to dell customer care and they always used to provide me technichal guidence to repair rather than changing the charger and from 6 days my laptop was not started because of the charger and my complete work is pending. Even after calling them they used to dispatch the charger on the wrong address rather than that of mentioned in my mail and when is was calling them they used to put my call on mute and hold even not transffering the call to the manager.
So I herby request you to register my complaint for dell india.
