My dell laptop started creating troubles after 15 days of purchase... but the worst thing was this... inspite of warranty period they did not took seriously... i hav to call 200 times a day and each time subjected to different agents who asked me to do different tests and troubleshooting... they cannot even connect to the one who was dealing with this matter... everytime different agent and i have to start with different test and on every call it took 1 to 2 hours... i was pissed off to death... then i said i cannot fix it... these guys came to my place to fix up the problem... i took day off... they cannot fix it... they said they will come again... again i took day off... again they cudnt fix it... hell with these guys... dell has worst customer service and no good technicians... dont ever buy dell... replace my laptop...
