Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a Laptop, Dell Inspiron 1545 (C2D/3/320/win 7) with carry case S/N: G4Z64BS for Rs 36, 300/- from M/s ark systems, Nehru Place, New Delhi on 26.10.2009 vide Invoice No. 4855 dated 26.10.2009. Since, 30.1. its charger is not working and due to that battery back up failed and the laptop is not working. Kindly do the needful and replace the charger at the earilest. The laptop is presently being used by my daughter Ms. Ruby Sharma at Max Newyork Life Insurance, Near Metro Station, Moti Nagar, New Delhi (contact No. 9958414166).
