To begin with let me introduce myself. i am a retired doctor from the Indian army, who placed an order for a laptop for my son who is doing engineering at Birla Institute of Technology. the details are as follows :-

Item - Dell (TM) Studio 14 laptop (S5410241N8)
despite repeated enquiries & telephone calls the said instrument was not supplied. Subsequently on 18 Feb i was informed that as the said model could not be supplied & they are changing the order to Order No 0518777.
now they have changed the order number to 0542134 and then somebody contacted me from dell and said they would deliver it by the 21st or latest by 22nd of March. it is already the 23rd of march
as you will observe it is over 2 months since i paid for a laptop & there is still no sign of it.
i can't fathom how a company who claim to be leaders in computer hardware can be so irresponsible & cause such hardship to your customers.
