Non Repair of machine

A) My Dell Studio laptop was stop working from about 20 days back. I logged a complaint (Number- 4138132) on 7th July'10.The agent was good and knowledgeable to talk to. Unfortunately, till date I am unable to use my laptop and has to request many people to allow me to use their system. Till now no resolution has been provided by Dell. I have contacted dell 3 times after 7th July'10. Following problems are faced:

1) It takes too long to reach an agent. Even if I reach the agent, they kept me on hold for long time which is cost in terms of time as well as money.

2) Every time agent promises to call back and to keep me updated about the status but never do so. Last, I contacted an agent on 15th July; he promised to get back to me at the earliest but has not done anything till date.

3) I am unable to start my system. It is a bog inconvenience as my important work in lined up because of non-accessibility to data. Also, it’s embarrassing to ask people for their system.

4) It has been 20 days to put a complain and till now their has been no resolution. The laptop is still under warranty but company is not providing any solution and any replacement for the same.

5) Its the case of consumer harassament and I am suffering a lot because of this.
