I bought a dell laptop 1563 worth around 34000 in feb. My motherboard has been replaced twice by dell.
Then tochpad has been repalced once and powerbutton panel has also been replaced. I have faced all these replacements with in a month. Now again my touchpad is not working. I register my complaint to dell care regarding the comlete replacemt of my system on 20th august. They admitted my request and gave me surity of the replacement. But it has been around 20 days that i havnt got any feedback from the dell. Whenever i call the dellcare they transfer my call to the replacemt department and after waiting for 15 to 30 mins it get disconnected. I have been trying this since last 15 days. They sent me the documents to signed by me. So i have already signed those documents and mailed them back, but no reply. I am not able to understand to whom to contact regarding this issue.
