I ordered dell laptop on 3 nov. I received the quote saying the delivery date as 11 nov. After few days I received the order confirmation saying the delivery date as 16 nov. When i dint receive the order on 16 nov, i called dell and they said the delivery date is 25 nov. Now my order got cancelled and new order placed by them with delivery date as 9 dec. Please advice me how i can legally approach this. I have paid the amount by credit card and already converted the amount into emi's. There will be loss if i cancel the order.
