I purchased Acer Aspire 5542 0n 18/4/10 from Vijay Sales, Kalyan. From October end there was problem of Lanport not working. I complained through toll free no and received a complaint no 103010-712 I was told to give the laptop to Dolphin Systems Thane. Since the product is under warranty I lodged my laptop for repair at Dolphin Systems, Thane on! /11. They gave me Job card no 4342 dt 1/11/10 but till today the repairing is not complete as the service centre is waiting for spare parts to arrive. Every time I make a call I am told to wait for 3-4 days. It is difficult to communicate and do work without Laptop. The customer service in Andheri telephone number is always busy. Pl help.
