Reg Dell Laptop poor screen display

I have purchased DELL INSPIRON 15R LAPTOP in Oct'10.I have taken accidental warranty for 3 years. When I try to start my Laptop, the screen shakes and a beep sound comes. The poor screen display and the beep sound remains till the laptop runs. So, I request to resolve this issue asap...
