Defecive laptop

I (S.Bhutani 9871112075) purchased DELL make Inspiron model having service tag no. JFP27BS in Dec.'2010. This unit is consistingly giving trouble since beginning. In Jan.'11, unit remained under repair with DELL's authorised service centre at DLF, Gurgaon for issue of LAN connectivity. I received back the unit after repairs on 05.02.11, it worked fine for just one day and again developed same problem. Now I understand that its mother board had been replaced.

After repeated follow up with DELL customer care cell, their service personnel visited on 21.02.11. He replaced LAN I/O panel but to no avail. In handling the unit repeatedly for repairs, the key pad had also been demaged. I have already wasted atleast 10 working days in follow up & to get it repaired from DELL's authorised service centre but the problem could not be addressed till date. DELL laptops are giving more trouble than service.

In view of above, I had requested DELL to replace this unit on 21.02.11 but I have received no assurance from their end so far. Plz look into & help me in replacing my defective laptop.
