Laptop creating problems after being out of warranty

I PURCHASED A DELL VOSTRO A840N service tag no. 91gcmh1 LAPTOP FOR RS. 28500. DURING THE FIRST YEAR IT WORKED WELL. JUST AFTER ITS WARRANTY GOT EXPIRED IT STARTED CREATING PROBLEMS.

1. ITS HARD DISK GOT DAMAGED (JUST AFTER 14 MONTS OF PURCHASE, HOWEVER HARD DISKS DO NOT NORMALLY GET CRASHED SO EARLY)

2. ITS MEMORY CARD READER STOPPED WORKING

3. ITS OPTICAL DRIVE STOPPED RESPONDING PROPERLY

4. ITS SOUND PORT STOPPED FUNCTIONING

5. USB PORTS STOPPED FUNCTIONING PROPERLY

6. IT STARTED GETTING OVERHEATED AND THEN TEN IT FREEZES AFTER 50 MINUTES OF WORKING AND UPON RESTARTING ASKS FOR SYSTEM RECOVERY

7. ITS FAN IS NOT WORKING

8. ITS HEAT SINK IS NOT WORKING

NOW WHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME TO REPLACE THE HARD DISK AGAIN (2ND TIME), MOTHER BOARD, HEAT FAN, HEAT SINK

THEY ASKED ME TO GET A WARRANTY SUBSCRIPTION OF RS. 14500 (COST OF THE LAPTOP RS. 28500)

JUST AFTER 1.5 YEARS (APPROX.) MOST OF THE COMPONENTS OF THE LAPTOP STOPPED WORKING PROPERLY. IT MEANS THEY HAVE USED VERY LOW GRADE COMPONENTS INSIDE THE LAPTOP.

I WANT PROPER JUSTICE AND COMPENSATION FOR SUCH THINGS. KINDLY HELP
