Sir i purchase dell laptop 17 july some day laptop work propely after that a few problem arise i call customer care then he solve my systm prolem but after some days a new problem arise my systm then i call customer care he send a untrnd engeneir in my home he see my system he do not solve my system problem till this time many engnr come my home open my laptop ten or eleven time but the problem do not solve what can i do
