Smoke and electric shocks from laptop

Hi,

My name is sunil and i bought dell XPS notebook two years back. I had an issue few days ago so I called dell tech support who ask me to do update due to which the motherboard was crashed. They replaced motherboard 4 times but unable to fix the issue and now smoke is comming out of it.

I called dell again and they said that they will not take care of the issue now as the issue which i had call for has been resolved.

Please help
