Sir, I Satish Chandra Jha have purchased a Dell Laptop Tag No (CZXT7N1) & Ser No 28294494445 from LAPTOP ZONE 104-105, Bajaj House, Nehru Place, New Delhi -110019. Retail Invoice No 1065 dated 27 Mar. At present the Key Board of Laptop is not working proper. Hence, I approch with customer care, but customer care of dell has said that the laptop is not an India region. So they cannot help me. For this problem what is appropriate step.
