Motherboard require replacement in laptop, just completed only one year warranty

Hi,

I purchased dell laptop (model no- inspiron 15R N5010) last year and was having 1 year warranty.

from the beginning we had some issue with laptop that it was used to restart automatically. whenever we contacted customer care they diagnosed and resolved well with comment that it may be due to improper installation of some software. Now last month warranty period is completed and after that we called them to treat some issue with game installation, they said laptop is having an issue with motherboard and require replacement. Either we should go with new motherboard at cost of 11000 inr or take new warranty period for another 1 year at cost of 4000 inr so they will look into that issue as part of warranty.

Now I am surprised that my most of the friend is having dell laptop and they did not get such issue with laptop .why I became the victim of this issue, I believe that to purchase new warranty card they are are saying like this.

I am very much disappointed with dell product, and I will not recommend anyone to purchase any dell laptop, it used to generate too much heat in few minutes as well.

Please suggest me on this.
