Old computer being sold

Hi,

I bought a brand new laptop dell laptop studio 3 graphite grey (B116) on 13th July. Just after 15 days I am getting a lot of problem in recharging my laptop and sometimes it shuts down on its own. I called up dell service centre no. as i though my laptop will be in the warranty period however they told me its a 2 year old machine and the address written on it is of some one else. i am really pissed of with this as i was not told that it is an old machine and will give trouble. i am still not sure if i am the first time user. i called up the service number of vijay sales many times but either they give the number which doesn't work or hang up. I am very upset and hence filing a complain in consumer court.
