Bad service by service cente

Hello Sir,

Acer India Pvt ltd.

I bought the acer aspire 4736Z series on Nov-09, from that time till now 2 times i had to face problem.

It got shut down twice n didnt start, for the irst time i went to the same shop and tehy did factotry settings, after 2 months same thing happend.

This time i should to the service center in Langford road, they said may my OS got corrupt. So they instauled new OS and gave me a new hard disk saying that to avoid further problem but my hard disk was all fine.

Today i asked them to give my hard disk s that i can take out my all files but they denied saying that to get a new one thay have given it to the whitefield office and cant return.

WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR PRIOR CONCERN HE DID THIS.NOW I WANT MY FILES.

THE SERVICE PROVIDED WAS WORST AS THE SERVICE BOY DID'T HAD ANY ANSWER TO MY QUERIES. LESS TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE.

THE head of the center is MR.RAMANI.

I want him to take action and get back my hard disk.
