I bought Dell inspiron 15R model through credit card directly from the company
I Was delivere dthe laptop on jun 2nd i hardly used 17 days and after it started trouble no display
I called the technical support
He havesent DSP along with new RAMs
but it was still not working
Again i called and informed the same
this time he replaced Mother board and RAMs twice
but problem was un solved
So i asked them, to replace whole laptop
He said it will take 30-40days MAximum (it was july 15th)
Till date i didnt get a single call or mai regradin the status of my laptop
I have called more than 30 times and mailed more than twenty times. They say only one thing wait for our call.
please help me
