I purchased dell xps 1330 laptop for 78000 from dell India. it worked fine for 1 year till the warranty was active.
After my warranty expired it started giving heating problem it automatically shuts after 1 1/2 use. they asked me to pay 17000 rs. for renewing warranty and replacement parts. they had changed motherboard and heat sink 4 times but the problem is not solved. It Seems that these americans are dumping old and defective goods in India. pz. help me out
