I placed a battery for my studio 15 a month ago and i made the payment in cash. From the very moment after they recieved the money i got no call from the person who was attending me (Pallavi Singh, Amandeep Singh Bullar). I called the customer care a number of time all i got in response was a call trasfer to the concerned department whereas there is no department for the problem i was facing because they kept taking me for a ride in a circle. The call would get disconected while i was on hold and they would not even bother to call back.
My suggestion buy your desire from a company which has a dealership in your city so you can easily hold the guy there responsible and screw his happiness but NEVER FROM DELL.
