DELL INDIA
Optical driver was supposed to change in warntiy period but they did not did and warranty finished

I had a problem with my dvd driver whenever i put any cd/dvd inside it does not read and pressing the start key the dvd/cd come out...

so to get rid off this problem i called to dell technical support on august that time my laptop was in warrant period means my warrinty was finishing on oct .after that call they told me that they will replace dvd driver and they took my address but waiting two week i did not get any call from any engineer that whether he is coming or not...

again i call in september two times and they again enqired about my system and told they will replace my dvd driver and told that engineer will call you before coming to respective address but he did not come ..

i called once to dell this time they told that ur system driver is ready and engineer is coming for replacement...

again he did not come ..my warrant period is over now they are telling to extend warranty of my system...

this is clear cheating ..please help me...

service tag no is 9NT44BS

waranty period was (6 0ct 2009) to (6 0ct 2010)
