I am Kanika Khanna from DELHI, Dell Order No. 840408061 .

I want to make a complaint about Sales Person Mr. Rahul D. Jain of Dell India regarding his gift offer for HDMI cable and Amira Exchangeable Cover.

He offered the free gift but at the delivery time he did not delivered the gift with the laptop and now he is not responding to the phone calls.

I want him to deliver the gift.
