Poor Cutomer Service

I had bought myself a Dell studio laptop from a shop called Horizon in Nagpur about 11 months ago. The laptop gets a blue screen whenever I use an eStick like reliance netconnect, etc. I tried 2-3 of them to check whether it was problem with the netconnect but the laptop always stopped responding. The service person at Horizon is always fooling my dad that he had contacted dell and fitted a new motherboard and same things but when I checked myself he did nothing like this. The people at Horizon keep my laptop for months and then say that it was some kind of virus which did the problem and then return the laptop to us. When we check the laptop ourself we see that the problem still exists. I think today is the 10th time I'am doing this.
