6 months ago i bought a dell vostro 1540 laptop and its speaker was damaged after 3 month. So i gave it for reapairing on 8th jan. Baid international took 2 and a half month to return it, but with another faulty laptop with some smps problem, but without the charger. After 4 day they gave me the charger, and when i came to know about the problem of the laptop, i returned it the very next day and they promised to return the next day. But again they are making excuseses and not returning ma laptop. Its been 3 month of harasment from baid international siliguri. Is this a way to treat a costumer who is student and whose exams are near. Could you please stop this.
