Faulty laptop & Bad after sales service

I purchased dell laptop in april since then im facing freezing problems in the laptop till now. Right now its june. I showed my laptop to dell service centre, their technical support team. All the time, they ask for formatting the windows and i have done that twice. But, still there is no problem. They are not able to diagnose what is the fault. Each time, calling them and visiting their service center is irritating.
