Very poor performance and poor service support

Dear sir,

i have purchase their laptop in the month of dec . i have some problem in the charger part of the computer. i have made complaint about it they have came and changed the charger . but didn't told me the main problem

which was of the mother board . so in less than 1 year my computer shown the same problem . now when i complained about it they are saying me to buy new motherboard and service total of rs 160000

plz help me
