Non-reciept of gift for dell jadoo offe

I purchased a dell lap top 1545 on 17 Oct 09. I had submitted the dell jadoo offer along with lap top a dd for Rs 275/- and original copy of purchase bill and the original dell jadoo sticker to your office on 17 Nov 09. Till date i have not recieved the gifts worth Rs 7296/- . Please look into the matter and do the needful
