HORRIBLE SERVICE - THE DELL EMPLOYEE MADE ME DO THE TRANSACTION ON THE PHONE AND THEN DID NOT SEND ME THE FINAL ORDER WITHOUT WHICH I COULD NOT CHECK MY ORDER STATUS. WHEN I ASKED HIM HE WAS RUDE AND SAID THAT HE HAD SENT IT THE SAME DAY!!!
DELL THEN SHIPS ME A LAPTOP WITH A POWER ADAPTOR WHICH DOES NOT WORK!!! I AM UNABLE TO USE MY BRAND NEW ADAPTOR. ON REGISTERING A COMPLAINT ON 16TH MARCH I WAS INFORMED THAT IT WOULD BE SENT WITHIN 24 HOURS. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT NOR HAVE THE DELL STAFF CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW WHY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!! I WAS ALWAYS A HP USER AND FOR THE FIRST TIME I BRAVED MY INSTINCTS AND WENT FOR A DELL!! I REALLY AM VERY UPSET
