Dell Inspiron 15 laptop
Keypad problem

Sir, i have purchased dell inspiron 15 laptop.it is in warranty period.the problem with it is that the letter "g" is not working and " shift t" is also not working.i have already changed its keypad once after this problem, but still the problem persists.

so please look into the matter and kindly send one of your engineer for my help.
