Motherboard replacement

I purchased Dell Inspiron 545S on 5th December in Chennai. On 10th March afternoon, it stopped working. I complained to Dell on 10th. On 13th Marhc, service engineer (from TVS, on contract with Dell) replaced with refurbished motherboard. On 14th it did not start and same problem diagnosed over phone with Dell. Since 14th March was Sunday, I complained on 15th March. The service engineer came with parts on 20th. The part was not working at the same time only!!! The part was defective!!! I was informed that new parts will to come from Singapore and will be replaced by 26th. I received follow up call from Dell on 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 30th. I talked to Sibi, Smith, Hamid (Manager), Ravi. I have not received any follow up call after that. I called 1-800-425-4026 and talked to Chris. He said some body will call me but, nobody called. I have sent email as well.

I want to inform to Dell international. Let me know if any body has email id.

It has been over a month and no progress.

I have no idea what to do.
