Inpiron 14R N4010 delivered on 29th July, starting troubling after few days now crashed totally on 6th, tried calling customer support not reachable, finally got the no on 12th and complaint, the service man came on 19th and now finds the hard disk not working . 4 hours we talked on phone and had send mails to your technical support, but they insisted for repairs, I am scared after repairs it can crash again. I have to send it outstation It is my new piece so why repair, just change the laptop as early as possible. my presentation work is already suffering. Now there is no proper reply till evening, I will put this complaint now in consumer department and the see you in the court, Order no 780597823 complaint no 4256293 dt 12/7/10
