I had purchased a complete care warranty on 11.08.10 (via order acknowledgement number 791143581) for Rs. 7560, because my laptop is out of order and got a mail on the same day from Dell that an engineer would be visiting me within next two working days but nothing is done till date in spite of repeated complains via mails and phone calls. When on 19.08.10 I spoke about going legal my mail was replied for the first time stating that an engineer would be visiting me soon. I spoke and mailed to the manager as well but nothing worked.
I request you to please look into the matter and ask the company to compensate me for the loss in my studies because of which I scored low in my MBA presentation (Rs. 10, 000) and the mental torture which I went through (Rs. 20, 000). I have all the copies of mail which I had sent and can produce them anywhere on demand.
