I has purchased a laptop with windows vista on october from dell. Later it was anounced that free upgrade was provided for people who had purchased vista after july. From past three months i have been calling dell executves and all they have been doing is transfering calls from one person to another. The website where we have to register for fre upgrades was not working when i tried 2 months back and now when i register again it says that my laptops records are not present in the database. I am not sure what has to be done to get this work done from them.
