I purchased a Dell Inspiron15R (Service tag: 4D6M5BS) one year back and its warranty period expired on 06-05.During warranty period, two times there was Hard disk issue. Both times Service centre has replaced the hard disk.
But now just after the end of warranty period, again the same problem came. When I approached Service centre (Chennai) they are asking 14000Rs for repairing the laptop. They are adamant that they will not replace or repair laptop with out paying this much amount. I don’t know what to do. Customer care also not helping.
First of all I did a mistake by buying a Dell Laptop. But I never expected this much poor Customer service from a World class company.
I will never recommend Dell to anyone here after.
